What do you need to start?
  • High level customer service skills and very good communication skills
  • Strong people management skills (at least 1 year of experience)
  • Previous experience in Collections is a must
  • Fluent French
  • Fluent English

  • Very good analytical skills, able to prepare complex analysis and reporting
  • Able to improve the process and to motivate the staff to do the same
  • Ability to delegate tasks and set deadlines
What duties will help you grow?
  • Manage a team of Collections Specialists 
  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to the agreed collections policy
  • Manage, implement and maintain the Customer segmentation
  • Ensure compliance with established credit management protocols within team
