Content Moderation Team Leader

• Proficiency of English language on at least C1 level & additional language at B2 level,
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, nights and weekends,
• Knowledge on Content Moderation workflows would be a plus,
• Supervisory experience and experience managing projects to establish SLAs,
• Proficiency in Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills,
• Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
• Ability to exercise mature judgement and structured decision-making,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard,
• Having a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification.
