Sales Manager

As we expand our operations in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Baltic countries, France, and Germany, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to bolster our teams effectiveness and efficiency.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and marketing operations, ensuring smooth and successful functioning across our key regions. You will assist in various aspects of sales and marketing, providing valuable support to our managers.

Your tasks:
- develop and execute sales strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives across designated regions,
- actively sell and manage key accounts in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Baltics, building strong relationships with strategic partners and clients,
- oversee sales operations in Germany and France ensuring targets are met and strategies are effectively implemented,
- provide leadership and direction to subordinate KAMs, fostering a high-performance sales culture,
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction,
- identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our market footprint and customer base,
- analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments,
- prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategy effectiveness,
- ensure compliance with relevant local and international sales regulations and standards,
- represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Our expectations:
- bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred),
- proven experience in sales management, particularly in the regions of responsibility,
- excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills,
- proficiency in managing key accounts, with a track record of achieving sales targets,
- strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management in the designated regions,
- ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures,
- fluency in English is required; proficiency in other relevant language is a plus,
- willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
