The Multy Home Europe Team.
- Managing and growing the existing business relationships, securing the existing revenue, and making it grow with cross-selling and upselling activities with a clearly defined set of existing customers predominantly based in German-speaking countries (DACH region) but also in Europe.
- Sales strategy implementation & development in region.
- Taking inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their needs
- Developing and implementing a new retail business strategy that includes segmentation and potential analysis with a clear target and revenue growth
- Being a top initiator of new businesses - independently managing the business on the basis of defined KPIs.
- Being an excellent developer of new sales opportunities.
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
- Close cooperation with Team in Poland and Canada.
- The ability to work both, independently and as part of an international team.
- A growth mindset, high self-motivation, and drive to perform well in business development.
- Business management experience - in key account management; having proven experience in a sales strategy execution.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a pronounced hands-on mentality, strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as a confident manner.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales-related roles, experience in selling DIY or with distributors, in DACH region.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher educational level.
- Advanced level (B2/C1) in German and communication level of English
- Experience in developing new customers/dealers is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
