Sales Operations Team Lead
Place of work: Warszawa, w pobliżu Metra Gdańskiego

As a Sales Operations Team Lead you will be:
  • Planning and prioritizing your team members work based on business goals and sales KPIs (performance management)
  • Leading, developing and motivating a multicultural team
  • Scheduling and conducting 1:1 meetings, fostering an open to feedback communication culture
  • Driving team spirit (motivation, team integration, problem solving support) 
  • Delivering, reporting and presenting targeted sales results on a regular basis 
  • Drive continuous improvement and adapt to organizational changes

Your tasks:
  • 1 year of professional experience in managing a multicultural team 
  • Experience in developing teams to achieve quarterly KPIs and sales targets
  • Ability to work in a diversified, fast-paced, cross culture organisation
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1 level)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - including C-level customers
  • Ability to acquire new knowledge, industry and products (analysis of complex data, measurements of trends and budgets)
  • Time management, multitasking, goal orientation, strategic and process thinking are a must have competence at this position
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Economics would be an asset
