Sales Operations Manager
Place of work: Warszawa, w pobliżu Metra Gdańskiego

As a Sales Operations Manager you will be:
- Establishing and strengthening relationships with key digital marketing customer to understand the needs and business objectives (within the Google Ads product)
- Leading sales operations and driving key strategic projects
- Responsible for sales targets and KPIs (performance management)
- Driving the company through organisational changes and optimization matters
- Delivering and presenting targeted results on a regular basis (including f2f and VC meetings)
- Collaborating across departments, with other members of the leadership team and key partners to provide business support
- Management of multinational teams
- Driving team spirit (motivation, team integration, problem solving support)
- Team development in accordance with the philosophy of continuous improvement

Your tasks:
- 2+ years of professional experience in managing SSC/BPO/ Business consulting projects, gained in companies with a global scope
- Experience in leading, managing and developing operational teams to achieve quarterly KPIs (performance management)
- People management - ability to work in a diversified, cross culture organisation
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1 level)
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - including C-level customers
- Ability to acquire new knowledge, industry and products (analysis of complex data, measurements of trends and budgets)
- Time management, multitasking, goal orientation, strategic and process thinking are a must have competence at this position
- Experienced in managing business transition/transformation processes would be an asset
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Economics would be an asset
