RAINMAKER is an official casino affiliate program with its own in-house brands for T1 countries. In addition, we are a multi-vertical affiliate network working with different businesses on the market.
Today Rainmaker team is in search for a Senior Affiliate Manager who will join our team.
Senior Affiliate Manager
Job description
- Maintain the stimulation of relationships with current affiliates and publishers;
- Onboard incoming publishers applications;
- Identify, recruit and prospect new affiliates;
- Develop and monitor affiliate promotions;
- Provide solutions to publishers marketing and advertising goals;
- Report for affiliate marketing promotions and activity;
- Risk management;
- Manage the Contract/IO process;
- Maintain on-going communication campaigns;
- Identify and implement other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program;
- Keep affiliates up to date on new products and program enhancements;
- Keep track of affiliate sales and pay affiliates in a timely manner (for in-house affiliate managers);
- Execute the monthly closures of the campaigns;
- Monitor and report on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions;
- Execute the monthly closures of the campaigns;
- Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy;
- Control traffic quality and volume.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the affiliate industry;
- At least 2+ years of experience as a affiliate manager;
- You have a good understanding of current trends and know how to attract publishers;
- You have an upper-Intermediate English level or higher (must-have).
Important soft skills:
- You have excellent sales and negotiation skills;
- Strictly result-oriented.
